Youth work :
Managing project within Erasmus+, from project planning to final reports. In this field I worked with colleagues from all over the world and had the chance to exchange the best practices. I personally believe that youth work can work because of the people who are willing to improve, learn and bring something new. That is why I decided to work in this direction, create cross-sectoral cooperation and bring new techniques and tools for the youth workers. From this area we have the highest possibility to raise awareness.
Trainings:
The trainings which I am doing are with the intention of raising awareness. Recently I got busy to work on the field of “communication”, “entrepreneurship” and “personal development”. I was doing training courses where I wither combined all these 3 topics or focused on one out of the three. My upcoming project is focused on raising body awareness and how to connect our body with our enterprise.
Coaching, Consultancy:
I had experience in organisational and one-on-one coaching, as well as in consultancy. I am more focused on life than on business. During my sessions, what I find the most important is to create an environment, circumstances where my clients can be safe and free to share whatever they want to share.
Mentoring:
This job can be done only with passion, and with people who can have a mission to create a better future for youth. That is why I find it very important to share my experience with the younger generation. On my programs, I always take a junior trainer with me , who are willing to learn and committed to make a change.
Project management:
I am coordinating projects for more than 7 years by now. I got a chance to work with different grants, programs, like Youth in Action 3.1, 4.3, Erasmus+ KA1, EYF, Norwegian, and also had the chance to assist on open call training courses.
Formal:
I am focusing on working with peoples since high school, where I got inspired by some workshops which were held about cooperation and public speaking. I got a university degree in Business Information Technology, in order that I can support young entrepreneurs with economics perspectives as wells
Non-formal:
Personal development:
I was trained in Hungary and in the Netherlands as well. The method used is very specific and with the vision of love care and cooperation. I can connect with these values , so I also started to use this philosophy on my trainings.
Coaching:
I was trained in the Netherlands. The variety and the diversity of the coaching tools amazed me, with the high level of flexibility what it allows to the coach and coachee as well.
NLP:
I am an NLP Master Practitioner myself. I received my trainings from the Hungarian NLP Institute. I can connect very much to the philosophy which says that body-mood-language are connected to a higher degree. NLP was the way for me to get busy with the language.
Systemic work:
I was open all the time for the new wave techniques, therefore I took a course in systemic work. With this tool I could improve my coaching and training skill set.
Communication:
I took courses about different theories and philosophies in the field of communication. The ones which are close to me are the ones which are connected with non-verbal communication. I am trained in body language and raising body awareness through experiential learning.
