My name is Emir and for the last 16 years I'm working in the NGO sector and last 7 years I work as a full-time trainer.
I worked as a trainer both in business and NGO areas.
My areas of interest are:

While delivering these trainings we worked with different important issues and topics, such as gender discrimination, children rights, xenophobia, social inclusion, minorities rights, freedom of speech, islamophobia, migration, life of people with limited abilities and so on.
I attended Tavrida National University in 2005-2010, getting specialist degree in English language and literature with pedagogical competences.
I attended "Train the trainer conference" (Donetsk, Ukraine, 2008); "Training of trainers" (Kyiv, Ukraine, 2012) and "Train to Change" (Tbilisi, Georgia, 2014). At these events I learned basic information regarding the trainers' work.
In 2016-2017 I attended OTUMKA (Open Trainers University of Mark Kukushkin) where I got a more structured and professional understanding of what it means to be a trainer, and developed competences and skills required to be a professional trainer.
I regularly attend training courses and seminars connected to trainers' work both in and outside EU.
