Aims of the tool
This guide aims to help youth workers and young people who want to understand Solidarity Projects better. It has the main information about these projects and additional information about Project Management and Coaching needed to run or support these projects.
Description of the tool
This guide was created as a result of the training course Solidarity Power which took place in France in October-November 2022. It was organised by AFR organisation within the Erasmus+ programme.
Learning outcomes when using the guide:
- You understand what Solidarity Project is
- You get knowledge about some project management tools, such as SWOT analysis, goal-setting, risk analysis and management and more
- You learn about coaching and some tools that could be used by a coach.
