TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
http://trainers.salto-youth.net/AnnaSipos/
The values I work along with as a trainer are acceptance and freedom – to let youngsterts to experience and learn in their own way, supported by an expert. During the years of working as a trainer and co-trainer I developed a particular, but very simple way of communication, involving a little spicy Hungarian sense of humour. My main fields are creative recycling mixed with non formal personal development and communication.
Anna Sipos has 3 references for past work as a trainer.

Formal education: I have a master degree of Education Management what I have gained after 5 years of studing in the famous Hungarian university Eötvös Loránd. During the years of Bachelor I spent half a year in Brussels as an Erasmus student, and 2 years later when I was doing my master studies I went back to do an internship in the Flemish Ministry of Education. The most relevant experience for me from the university is that I got to know all the theories, systems, tendencies and methods of education (of adults and young adults). Next to studing about it I was already attending to non formal programs which created a great balance between practice and theory. I am greatful for the 2 Erasmus scolarships as well, because both were a lifetime experience with lot of learning.
Non-formal: all the trainings and exchanges mentioned above. I did my first training as a participant in 2009, and after that I kept on participating in many different kinds dealing with (communication, art, theatre, dance, personal development). I believe that for me learning requires lot of practice, that is way I dedicated so much time on being a co-trainer in many programs, and also to challange myself as a trainer for the first time in 2011. I learnt from professionals, and I built my own personality and characteristics into the communication style I have now. Even though the years of experience I am still learning and improving myself, I learn something new from each group I am working with. In 2016 I got involved in the work of the International Synergy Network and had the chance to lead 4 persobal development trainings for youth workers. This allowed me to learn a very specific method and create bigger impact in my work. I have a master NLP certificate, also gained fresly in 2016. I have completed trainings in coaching and constellations.
