Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

In the preparation time together with the 2 other trainers I took part in developing and tailoring the program parts. During the whole time of the 5 days long training I worked as a full-time trainer, led program parts, workshops, sharings and I had a reflection group of 12 participants with whom we held half an hour meeting every day. Together with the other trainers we prepared the porgram daily and evaluated our work every evening. As a representative of ReCreativity Social Enterprise I was responsible for the creative processes mainly, but we shared tasks and responsibilities according to our motivation.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
