SEEYN Training of Trainers

Aims & objectives

Aims: to improve specific training competencies of the trainers to be able to design, deliver and evaluate SEEYN training activities for different target groups (young volunteers, youth leaders, youth workers and other actors involved in SEEYN activities); to improve the coherence and quality of SEEYN training activities. Target group: 24 junior and senior trainers from Albania, BiH, Croatia, Macedonia , Serbia and Montenegro.
Outcomes: motivated trainers to develop and implement SEEYN training activities related to youth camps, volunteers trainings and other nfe activities in the Balkan region and within YOUTH Program.
Role: member of the trainers team
