Work experience

I have more than 10 years of experience in adult education, leading teams and individuals.
Working independently and managing my own organisation have taught me to take my personal
responsibility for the performance and its results and be extremely flexible.

During this time, I had the chance to work as a trainer/ facilitator in numerous trainings/ youth exchanges and lead local short term activities in long term projects (Town Twinning, Erasmus+ KA2, other funds).

I have implemented and facilitated educational projects in United Kingdom, Georgia, Spain, Ukraine and Lithuania.

I am also part of Trainers' pool in Lithuania and a member of the Council for Youth Affairs in Lithuania. I lead trainings for ESC volunteers and other type of trainings (i.e. for the newcomers in Erasmus+ and ESC programmes, to learn and be inspired to initiate their own projects).

I succesfully finished Training of Trainers (ToT) '23/'24 for Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps Programmes.

I am also a accredited coach (AdvDipCoach). Successfully completed Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coaching through Centre for Coaching, United Kingdom. AC Accredited Foundation Coach (by Association of Coaching in London, United Kingdom).

Affiliate member of International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP). Member of Institute of leadership and management (ILM). Member of Association for Coaching (AC)

After receiving 2 master diplomas in European Union Law, I changed my career drastically and started the unknown path which brought me where I am now. After living and working in 5 countries, volunteering in 3 continents, training more than 2000 young people, having working experience in organisations such as United Nations, European Commission, I had the chance to crystalize where I want to put my love and energy in life. My name is Raminta and I am founder of Innovative Generation which gives the space for people to bloom.
