Work experience

I’ve been leading Erasmus+ Youth projects that blend coaching, nonformal education, and community organising. From creating eco-coaching and career guidance handbooks to designing innovative board games and MOOCs for youth workers. As part of the Slovak Pool of Trainers and Coaches, I deliver trainings on safe space, inclusion, solidarity projects, and competence development. Looking ahead, I’m preparing international training courses on authenticity and empowerment, hackathons on educational transformation, and Europe–Africa exchanges that equip young changemakers to turn ideas into real community impact.

Educational pathway

I hold a PhD in Education from Comenius University in Bratislava, alongside Master’s degrees in Psychology and Education. I am also a Certified Coach and have completed advanced training in Solution-based Psychotherapy. These studies gave me both a strong academic foundation and practical tools for working with individuals, groups, and communities. Beyond formal education, I’ve deepened my expertise through non-formal learning in areas such as youth coaching, eco-coaching, and nonformal education methodologies within Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps.
