Aims & objectives

The training was built on the foundations of competence-based trainer development and guided by the ETS Competence Model for Trainers. Through a structured flow of non-formal education methods, participants learned not only from the trainers but also from each other: co-creating knowledge in a supportive and highly participatory environment.

24 participants from 8 countries

Training methods used & main activities

The training was delivered fully through non-formal education and experiential learning. We used interactive group work, learning-by-doing activities, guided reflection, peer learning, and facilitated discussions.

Outcomes of the activity

EduCraft empowered youth workers and trainers to shape experiences that are meaningful, inclusive, and impactful.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I worked as a full-time trainer in the project and was also part of the educational development team.

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
