Work experience

From 2016-2024 I have been working in LAG Vallis Colapis, a rural organization situated in Ozalj, Croatia. My role was project manager, trainer, educator and head of department. My experience as a trainer relates to Erasmus+ projects. Project application, implementation and evaluation.
I am experienced in implementing long term volunteering projects as well where I have had a role of a supervisor and project manager.

From June 2024 I work as the Head of EU funds in Goodwill Consulting Croatia offering strategic support and guidance in the project application and implementation phase including consulting and business development.

From March to June 2025 I have worked as an evaluation expert for the EACEA.

I have graduated from the Faculty of political science in Zagreb and I have a master's degree in political science.
