Aims & objectives

During the needs analysis our partners stated that there are no programs in their countries which help, support and educate
youth workers, therefore, the Training of Trainers (ToT) form is more than needed. In the ToT program, the trainees learn
practical skills, platform techniques, and confidence. It is necessary for the trainers to keep themselves abreast with the
changes or latest developments in their respective genres. Trainers need to keep pace with the ever changing technology
and thus it is crucial for them to stay up to date and incorporate necessary changes in their training style or course module
under the expert guidance of an individual. Other challenges that partner organisations are facing are explaining to the
families what Erasmus + is Erasmus+ and why it is good for young people with fewer opportunities. After a certain
Erasmus+ mobility, participants are usually faced with a difficult reintegration process back into their realities and everyday
life so it is important to include support for reintegration into the follow up phase. Some organisations find it hard to make a
distinction between an inclusive project and an inclusive activity as well as finding and using inclusive tools in their activities
and projects or how to make the tools that they are already familiar with more inclusive.
With this project we will also focus on sharing and introducing good practice examples.
The main aim of Training for Trainers "Inclusion Quest" is to provide non-formal learning opportunities for improving training
and facilitation competences of participants thus contributing to quality activities of the youth worker’s community in the field
of inclusion.
We will meet this aim through the following specific objectives:
- providing space for learning and sharing experience
- introducing inclusion methodology through the Training of Trainers programme
- implementation of follow-up activities
- development of a Booklet
