Work experience
- Coordinating the youth participatory budget of Cascais (Portugal), which focuses on developing community leadership skills. The aim is to create backbone youngsters in their communities and ultimately challenge them to develop innovative solutions through the PB.
- Developing Youth Municipality strategies that are core to becoming youth-friendly cities and municipalities. The action plan conducts the local youth council to become active in the decision-making of the municipality youth initiatives.
- Trainer, Facilitator & Conference speaker on topics such as skills and mobility in the Erasmus+ program, digitalization, human rights, youth work upskill, community development, and education through sports.
Educational pathway
After going through a Master's in Organizational Psychology, I've been developing my Non-Formal education through different opportunities, mostly connected to DYPALL Network, Erasmus Student Network, and Ubuntu Academy, among other organizations with whom I had the pleasure to work.
I'm always looking for new opportunities to upgrade my skills, attitudes, and knowledge in fields such as digitalization, human rights, and youth best practices.
