Work experience

I have different work experiences.
At this moment I work on conflict resolution and reconcilation and gamification topics.
I am coordinating project about CSO participation in decision making process in the field of Climate Change.
I am representative International Climate Movement 350.org in Georgia.
In 2005 I established local NGO "Research-Intellectual Club "Dialogue of Generations" and was Head of the Board during 7 years. RICDOG is one of the active organization in the region of Georgia, which does many programs in frame of Erasmus +.
In RICDOG I founded Training system and Trainer Competences and developed several direction of training: leadership. active citizenship, volunteering, conflict management, climate change; general management. I am a inventor of several intellectual games, like a "Value", "Rikopoly", "Time Machine" etc.

Educational pathway

Ninth class I finished in Kazakhstan and then full school education in Kutaisi 13 Public School.
I graduated Akaki Tsereteli State University (Bachelor and Master) Specialist of Slavic Languages and Literature.
Since 2005 I additionally work as a trainer, because it is my professional interests. Training gives opportunity work in non formal education side and to be creative and give new knowledge to young people and to get same from them.
At this moment I am PhD of International Relation student at Georgian-American University. Topic of my work is: Migration and Conflict in Modern International Politics Agenda and study in University of Practical Psychology in Moscow (distance education).
