Working as a trainer and activist empowers me and helps me to empower other people. Being a trainer and project developer is a journey that you want to take over and over like I do. In my backpack, I have more than 10 years of experience in HRE, inclusion, conflict resolution, and Loesje creative methodology.
I want to work on what makes us together strong, to make each journey a successful story.

Work experience

Facilitating international training courses and seminars helped me develop many personal and professional skills and competencies when it comes to working in international teams and with big international groups. I can easily identify needs, develop adaptable programs, and arrange comfortable environments and experiences.
Among my activities is development of tools and methods based on creativity that can be implemented in different projects and will replace the tools and methods that are already old and well known.
