Aims of the tool
- to support newcomers and less experienced organizations in areas such as searching for partners, preparation of participants, budgeting and financiers, impact, interpersonal relations
- to promote Quality Standards of Erasmus+ projects
- to increase the quality in the implementation of the Erasmus+ projects
Description of the tool
This toolbox contains information, guidance, tips and tools for increasing the quality of the project management of organizations, especially newcomers and less experienced organizations. At the same time, it gives guidance in the process of preparation of participants, conflict management, searching for partners, financial management of the organization and the projects, and impact of the projects.
