About:

Lea Kovič is a trainer, youth worker, mentor and facilitator of learning in informal groups. She acquired enormous skills outside of school walls, most in non-formal education. Through playing on the street, she learned the limitations of today's development paradigm and became a youth worker, project manager and trainer in non-formal education. She explores collaborative processes and paradigms of modern leadership. She is interested in creative processes of thinking and group learning.
