TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
http://trainers.salto-youth.net/LauraAliauskait/
I’ve been diving into youth work for over 10 years, driven by one thing: creating spaces where everyone feels they truly belong.
I feel very passionate about inclusion, diversity, human rights, empathy, and non-formal education because these are the keys to opening young hearts and minds.
It’s about sparking the “aha!” (and "haha!") moments when curiosity turns into confidence and action.
And working in international teams? That’s where diverse magic happens, turning ideas into real change!
Laura Alciauskaite has 3 references for past work as a trainer.
