Aims & objectives

The BiTriMulti Training Courses are organised according to an annual schedule by the Network of YOUTH IN ACTION National Agencies.

It aims at developing knowledge, skills and attitudes with regard to the organisation of youth exchanges.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The main target are youth workers from different European countries, potential beneficiaries of the YOUTH IN ACTION Programme.

Training methods used & main activities

The course is based on non-formal education methods, and particularily a simulation of how to set up a youth exchange project.

Outcomes of the activity

In the end of the course, participants are aware of all the steps necessary for applying for a youth exchange project and they also might have found partners among the participants.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

The course is delivered by a team of two trainers and my role is to participate at designing the training, delivering and evaluating it.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
