The SALTO-YOUTH network of resource centres organised 40 courses and seminars (courses, seminars, study visits, staff training) and coordinated a further 25 (BTM, SOHO, TicTac, TOM, ToT,...) (48 in 2006, 45 in 2005, 40 in 2004) - for 20 of those, the SALTO online application & selection procedure was used (easier access, greater transparency, more efficient course management)

In total you visted the SALTO website 1'089'000 times in 2006 (721'487 times in 2006, 442'144 times in 2005, 274'051 visitor sessions in 2004) which is an average of about 3000 sessions per day (2000 in 2006, 1211 in 2005, 750 in 2004) - this is an increase of 50% in one year.

In total you viewed appr. 4'850'000 pages (3'471'007 pages in 2006, 2'384'492 pages in 2005) which means an average of 13300 SALTO pages viewed per day (9509 in 2006, 6533 in 2005), and on average 4,8 pages per visit (session).

You downloaded in total 3800 different files from the SALTO website, and this 310.000 times (219'331 in 2006, 115'884 in 2005, 75.935 in 2004).

In 2007 you and we added 134 training tools in the Toolbox for Training which brings the total of training tools and methods to 706 (545 in 2006, 388 in 2005, 332 in 2004 - 175 added in 2006) and 184'000 searches were done in the Toolbox (113'362 in 2006, 64'909 searches in 2005 = viewing www.salto-youth.net/find-a-tool/) - an increase of 62% of searches

There was a usual refreshment of the Trainers Online for Youth database (requesting an update of the TOY profile) in January 2007. By the end of 2007 there were 266 experienced youth work trainers listed (215 in 2006, 210 end of 2005, 183 end 2004) and you carried out almost 100'000 searches in TOY in 2007 (57'347in 2006, 53'162 in 2005 = viewing www.salto-youth.net/find-a-trainer/)

In 2007 SALTO offered 138 trainer positions to trainers in TOY on appr. 57 courses - an increase of 5% compared (89 in 2006, 55 in 2005 - see Call for Trainers

The information via the SALTO Newsletters reaches almost 10'000 readers in 2007 (8800 in 2006, 7450 in 2005, 6500 in 2004) and new issues of the Meet'In EuroMed, Youth in Action or SeeYOUth magazines are published and distributed on a regular basis

New educational publications saw the light, such as the new Inclusion for All Booklets, the Cultural Diversity publications and the EuroMed reports etc.

2007 saw innovative initiatives such as the Training Tool Fair, the Youthpass and the Urban Youth Seminar.
