Viktoria Grivina
As a trainer in communication, journalism and social media I focus on modern communicative theories, soft skills, issues of cultural and inter-cultural boundaries, migration, exclusion and borders, both geopolitical and artistic.
I believe communication will help us achieve peace, and knowledge of modern media can foster creation of a truly open society.
With a degree in linguistics and experience of peace-training in post-conflict communities, I deeply trust in non-formal education.

Work experience
I worked as an informal youth leader, project manager and social media manager for over a dozen of projects of SVIT-Ukraine (SCI); took part in making toolkit "Education and Peace Training on Cultural Conflicts" and managed cross-border programs such as "Making Peace in Ukraine: Kids and Art" (international volunteers
helping IDP children in Kharkov and Kiev), SCI Supporting Kyiv Pride, Cookies for Equality, international youth exchanges "Colorful Minds: Say No to Racism", "Picturing the Global South", "Get Ready for Social Enterpreneurship".
In September 2017 at Peace and Goodwill Message Campaign I trained a group of international youths on the art of archive research, drafting questionnaires, face-to-face interviewing, videomaking, writing promotional articles and creating promo campaings online.
