Work experience

Over the past 10 years I have worked as a trainer, youth worker and project coordinator in the fields of youth participation, non-formal education, organisational development, project design and management, youth centres, social entrepreneurship and innovation in learning.

Delivered 5,000+ hours of training and facilitation in formal and non-formal education settings.
Designed and implemented 100+ training activities using participatory, experiential and learner-centred methodologies.
Coordinated 25+ education and training projects under Erasmus+ and other international frameworks.
Co-authored 2 publications on Youth Centers in Europe and Artificial Intelligence for Youth Work.

As President of APG and as an independent professional, I have contributed to capacity-building processes for youth workers, educators, NGO staff, volunteers and young people at local, national and international level.

In the near future I will continue to work on training, facilitation and training-of-trainers activities, with a focus on participation, quality youth work, and innovation through digital and AI-based tools.
