I've cooperated with training companies, delivering workshops in the business field for managers and employees, however the world that has been always bringing me the most joy is youth work, especially in the Erasmus Plus programme. For 10+ years now I've been freelancing as a trainer, facilitator and a youth worker, delivering workshops for schools, NGOs, culture centres, businesses, sport clubs and individual athletes.

I am involved mostly in projects related to mental & physical wellbeing and high performance in sports, businees and education.

I graduated in 2020 with a master's degree in Non-Formal Education at the University of Warsaw, with a final thesis about juggling's role in life and education of adults.
