About me? Starting point of my way of thinking and acting is that you need to experience to make a choice and be aware. So in my life I´m like a sponge, my learning process is passing through study, work and living my life fully,in contact with myself and others.Being Interested in socio-political issues, belonging to socio-political movement and experiencing activism led me to learn and work as a Trainer-Facilitator in Theatre of Oppressed on multicultural issues, nonviolent/conflict management.
Matteo Lombardi has 6 references for past work as a trainer.
free lance trainer of Theatre of Oppressed, italian teacher, and actually full time Italian cook in restaurant in Brno
For past 9 years I have been working as free lance in Theatre of Oppressed. I have been working in different field all my life, in order to sustain my study and myself. I Learned Theatre of Oppressed in my direct political experience as a metodologie and i used the tools it offer to develop my capability to express myself and acquire my goals. I am a political activist and I'm fighting for Human Right and through my experience working 5 years for an Italian NGO (Casa per la Pace Milano, organization which is working on issue as nonviolence, multiculturalism, Human right, dynamic of group, conflict resolution..) I
acquire and learn also other different methodologies and tools that i used in school with young people but also with adults. TO and non formal education in general for me are a really powerful methods of empowering people leading them to become aware of their capabilities and possibilities they have.
I have diploma of high school in Agronomy, then finished successfully my bachelor in Political Sciences. In both I was elected as a representative of the students.
I started my experience in Education as a participant of different training courses organized first by the University and then through Youth in Action Programme. Then i met, on my way of becoming politically involved, the Theatre of Oppressed methodology. This happened in Palestine and in Italy where i was working with the Immigrants against the racism and with the movement for the right of house. After this first experience i started to develop my skills of being an actor in different performances organized by the main TO organizations in Italy and working on different issues with oppressed or marginalized group. This led me to develop enough skills and empowerment to develop my own project and re-organize through promoting workshop and projects with the NGO Casa per la Pace, creating new projects and opportunities of work for me and other people using the capability and the resources i found there.
