Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

With Giorgi Kakulia, who was also trainer there, we prepared programme of activities that we divided between 2 of us. I was responsible for part dedicated to integration and team-building activities as well as parts related to Erasmus+ programme, projects preparation, implementation and other parts of the project cycle. Both of us were also responsible for project evaluation including questionarries, reports and sessions about Youthpass that let participants evaluate project as well as themselves.

I worked on this training for 9 days as a full time trainer.
