Full time trainer, youth worker and project manager

Work experience

Recently, my work has been connected with non-formal education, youth empowerment, inclusion, well-being and supportive learning spaces.

In VitaTiim, I work with international youth projects, organisational development and educational activities. In Vestifex, I develop and facilitate trainings for adult learners and educators. As a trainer/adviser for the Estonian National Agency / HARNO, I support learning activities connected with Erasmus+ and ESC. Through Narvamus youth magazine, I support youth voice, participation, media literacy and youth-led initiatives.

My current fields of interest and expertise are inclusion, trauma-informed learning, well-being, youth empowerment and creating safer spaces for learning and participation.
