TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
http://trainers.salto-youth.net/InemarieDekker/
For me, nonformal education is learning by doing. I love to use sports and play for young people to practice life skills within a safe environment, ultimately to be used in daily life.
What I do: develop curricula, write handbooks, train facilitators on how to address life skills in sports, train youth and migrant women in underserved communities.
Testimonial: “Girls are much more motivated than before, engaged and eager to learn.”
Topics: gender equality; social inclusion; storytelling
