Validated references

Before trainers go online in TOY, they need to add 3 training references to their profile. These references should fit the minimum quality criteria to be in TOY.

Trainers are also requested to 'validate' their references: they ask a reference person from the listed training activity (e.g. the organiser, a colleague trainer,...) to approve the trainer's reference. At the same time the reference person can leave a recommendation for the trainer on his/her TOY profile.

This validation process guarantees that the reference activity took place, that it is described truthfully and that the reference person 'vouches' for the trainer.

• SALTO cannot be held responsible for the validation given by the reference persons.
• Inform the TOY administrator toy@salto-youth.net if any validation seems untruthful.
