Work experience

I can say that by combining seven years of theoretical and eight years of practical knowledge, I have developed the necessary skills to work properly with children and young people: the right approaches and attitudes, the ability to support, to evaluate and criticize correctly, to deliver information effectively and inspire them.

At the Institute for Nonviolent Communication, as a program manager, I work to prevent school bullying and implement a safe school program. Daily activities include frequent communication with children, planning, and implementation of social activities with them. I also provide training and workshops for students (12-17 age groups) on a number of key topics (peer education, project writing techniques).

In 2019, I gained the most important experience by working as a trainer of the "Camp of future" and also as an Erasmus + program - English language trainer, which I am sure will help me while working as a trainer of the "European School Summer Camp". In addition, I would like to emphasize my positive attitude towards the multicultural environment.
