Work experience

With experiences working as a private english teacher and an escape room operator I know all about making learning experiences fun and engaging for my participants.
Additionally, working 3 years as a project manager in the field of Erasmus+ has given me the knowledge and experience to organise and facilitate successful training courses.
My latest work experience as a Learning Specialist in an industrial manufacturing company gave me great insights into how to deliver training with tangible and impactful outcomes, and how to deal with diverse stakeholders.
Throughout all of this, I have been developing my skills as a trainer and facilitator, earning a LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Facilitator certificate, alongside several experiences in training courses in the Erasmus+ framework.
