In cooperation with National and International NGOs
Active trainer in the trainers pools of SALTO – YOUTH
-All the courses are based on transformational leadership and non formal education methodology is used.
-The type of activities are: Interactive tuition, simulations, group work, dialogue, individual or group reflection, Social activities.

10/2012 – Present:Member of Board Of Advisors - AIESEC ALBANIA

-Giving strategic advice based the assessment of organizational performance and results
-Overseeing legal and governance related issues
-Providing guidance, referrals and recommendations in order to increase AIESEC network in a sustainable way
-Reporting to National Plenary on organisational performance and presenting recommendations if necessary
