The training activity took place
in Napoli, Italy
organised by AIESEC Western Europe North America

Aims & objectives

The main objectives of the training activity were:

- Soft Skills Development
- Organizational management knowledge and skills
- To empower cooperation between countries
- Personal and Leadership development of participants
- To create a platform for best case practice sharing.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

In the training activity did participate 180 young people, from 10 different countries of Western Europe and North America.

Training methods used & main activities

The whole training activity was based on participation and interation among the participants.

The main methods used were: simulation activities, experience sharing, group discussions and sharing of personal experiences.

Outcomes of the activity

The final evaluation sheets we got from the participants stated that they:

- managed to understand better how to operate daily in the organization works
- country to country co-operations started during the training
- the participants stated that the session on self and leadership development were very helpful both in theoretical and in a practical way.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

During this activity I had to build the sessions, and facilitate their implementation of course in cooperation with a group of trainers from 5 different European countries.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
