Current occupation

Art and music therapist, psychologist, translator, trainer/facilitator - full time

Work experience

I have been working in the youth field as a facilitator/trainer for more than 15 years. I started as a participant, then as group leader for partner projects, and then coordinator/facilitator of own projects, and finally facilitator also in partners' and other projects.
Annually I take part in abour 8-10 projects, and for half of them I am also a facilitator.
The topic I work in is usually about mental health including also inclusion of disabled people. However, within this framework I work with communication skills, group dynamics, self awareness, self development, inclusion, family life, addictions, bullying, digital detoxification, etc. I am also interested and experienced in sustainability and environment protection.
My methods include arts and music, and outdoor methods but all of them are nonformal and experience or adventure based.
During my work in addition to these fields I work in projects about entrepreneurship, green possibilities, biofarming, and volunteering.
In my professional work I also work a lot with young people as therapist.

Educational pathway

Originally I have graduated in life sciences, therefore I have relationship withe environment.
As I believe in lifelong learning I started to educate myself in advanture based, experience based nonformal methods more than 15 years ago, and this is continuous, I take part 3-4 international trainings on these methods in a year.
In addition to it I became interested in psychology, and learnt art and music therapy, then infant-parent relationship diagnostics, and finally I study psychology (doing my master, now, and studying some specific methods, such as mindfulness, autogenous training, cognitive behaviour therapy, forest therapy, non violent communication, etc.). I also study music culture which helps me coordination and organizing events. I have a nordic walking trainer certification also which helps me in outdoor trainings.
