Aims & objectives

The aim of this youth exchange was to show how biofarming works, and what tasks are involved in agriculture.
The target group was young people interested in agriculture and how the food gets to our tables. We leanrt a lot about food, food preparation.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The participants were young people between 15-25 from Spain, Italy, Georgia, Turkey, Poland, France, Slovakia, and Hungary.

Training methods used & main activities

We used experience based methods, mainly outdoor methods. We had world cafes, expedition in forest, experince based horse riding, animal care, etc.

Outcomes of the activity

The outcome of the YE was very good feedback on the activities. We also prepared a cooking book on national foods, and made some hand crafted products to take homw (smith ironing, pictures made of natural products, jams, cheese, etc.)

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was the facilitator of this project, and also the coordinator. I was responsible for coordination of the project activities, and make some activities about healthy food and life style.

I worked on this training for 10 days as a full time trainer.
