Hello! I am Ayhan. I am a passionate youth worker and non-formal educator, especially working in the topics such as social inclusion, empowerment, diversity, anti-racism, migration and refugees, and gender mainstreaming. I have the aptitude to create a safe space for everyone in seminars.
I am looking forward to working with people who do not see cooperation as a competition for resources, but rather as a common project in which solidarity and mutual appreciation are key.

I am currently an educational worker and project coordinator at Shelter international e.V. and i have worked with several organizations and informal groups as a trainer and facilitator in the past.
I am passionately interested in youth work and non-formal education, especially on the topics such as social inclusion, empowerment, diversity, anti-racism, intercultural dialogue, migration and refugees, and gender mainstreaming. I am also experienced project manager and local activist in social field.
My goal with youth work is to find out together how we can create a society in which we help each other to free ourselves from any socialization that promotes oppression and normalizes the inhumanity and discrimination. I have the aptitude to make complicated things clear and to create a safe space for everyone in our community.
I am working with BIPOC migrants and refugees on the local events and mixed groups on the international events.
