September, 2025 - March, 2026: TRAINER
I am currently co-designing and co-facilitating training courses for the long-term training project “Integrating peace Work in Youth Work”, a blended international
educational programme by the Dutch “Stichting voor Actieve Geweldloosheid”

2024 - 2025: EXPERT AND FACILITATOR
Designing and leading educational workshops (forest bathing walks) for women from socially disadvantaged groups. I took part in compiling and
writing educational materials (audio and written) in English and Hungarian, Accessible Forest Project, Szatyor Association

2017-2023: PROJECT MANAGER, EXPERT, NON-FORMAL LEARNING PROGRAMMES
3 long-term European Adult Learning Partnership projects (Inner Pathways To Sustainability and Mother Nature I - II). Project management (application,
coordination and administration), and expert work (coordinating content work and international meetings, also co-writing, editing and publishing educational
materials, designing and delivering adult learning training events). Pandora Association.

2010 - 2017: EXTERNAL TRAINER AND FACILITATOR
I was trained by Global Action Plan International then later I trained the Hungarian group leaders of the Eco Teams programme, and I facilitated groups within the “Goals For Goods” programme of Conscious Consumer's Association, Hungary.

2010-2011: PROJECT MANAGER AND EXPERT
In a year-long project on global education. I set up, coordinated and facilitated a series of national educational conferences, and an international Summer
University for the DEEEP (European Development Education Network), Artemisszió Foundation, Hungary.

2007-2014: EXPERT AND TRAINER
As a trainer for the European Youth Programme (later: Youth In Action, Erasmus Plus), I delievered several regional, national and international training courses
and worked as an external expert, scoring project applications for the Hungarian Agency of the Programme (then: Mobilitás, now: Tempus Foundation).

2008-2010: YOUTH VOLUNTEERING PROGRAMME WORKER
Within the national youth volunteering scheme, I set up, monitored and supported “youth action teams”, providing them support with organising events, writing project applications, managing youth-lead projects across Cambridgeshire. Young Lives, Cambrigeshire, UK.

2007-2008: INTERN, GLOBAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION PROJECTS
I supported the organisation’s educational events, helping planning and delivering workshops, youth club events and compiling teaching materials. Harambee Center, Cambridge, UK.

2002-2007: ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION PROGRAMME MANAGER
I designed the fundation’s environmental education programme (“Eco Corner”), created a European project to fund it’s realisation, designed and lead the
educational programme, delivered out-of-school educational activities, trained teachers. The educational center has been operating since (over 20 years). Green Bridge Foundation, Pécs, Hungary.
