Presentation
A toolkit of five creative tools storytelling, design, and video creation used during an international youth mobility in Lithuania to teach digital storytelling, media literacy, and inclusive visual communication.
This combined tool aims to equip young people with creative digital storytelling skills using practical, accessible platforms. Through interactive workshops and hands-on practice, participants learned to craft impactful narratives using design (Canva), video editing (CapCut, Animoto), collaborative sharing (Padlet), and critical ad analysis (Storytelling in Advertising). The goal was to enhance their ability to communicate complex social issues such as inclusion, equality, and identity through engaging, ethical, and modern digital formats.
This educational package was developed and implemented during the "International Digital Storytelling Project" within the Equal Futures youth mobility in Lithuania. It consists of five interconnected tools:
Storytelling in Advertising: Critical ad analysis and inclusive messaging
Padlet: Collaborative idea-sharing and collective content building
CapCut & Animoto: Video editing for short-form storytelling
Canva: Design tool for social media, presentations, and campaigns
Main Learning Outcomes:
