Organization for Scientific and Practical Development of the Students

“Organization for Scientific and Practical Development of the Students” is a non-profit NGO, created by a group of students from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria. The organization is registered as an NGO, according to the Bulgarian legislation in 2009. Our goals are:
• Professional and personal development of the students;
• Gaining practical experience and skills so as to achieve better realization on the labor market;
• Strengthening the “science-business” relationship and communication;
• Promoting the students interest in the field of research and innovation;
• Increasing the students awareness, activeness, mobility and creativity;
• More and better opportunities for the young people on the labor market;
• Active citizenship;
• Development and promotion of informal education.
The association organizes and participates in various forums, seminars, conferences and other events on topics such as Economics, Law, Political Science, IT and the problems of the young people in Bulgaria. We aim to achieve stable and valuable connections with members of the academic community, business, governmental and civic structures.
Our mission is to support, with all means possible, the development of the students and the young people in our country, thus ensuring a brighter and more secure future for them.
