We did it!  We found out more about the experience by evaluating it seriously and we can take a lot with us into the future!

Celebrating is worth it!

Celebrating....

• Gives value to the effort that everyone has put into the course and its outcomes
• Provides motivation for people who often face great difficulties or obstacles at home in putting their learning into pratice
• Can help enthuse others who did not participate directly in the training
• Strengthens support and solidarity between people

Simply: by promoting positive feelings associated with the project celebrating increases the fchances that the training will have lasting effects.

Oh yes, before we get too instrumental about all of this, it can also be a source of great enjoyment!

So:

• Organise a party at the end of the course

• Discuss ways to take the learning home

• Have a virtual party on the internet a few months after the course
