“What you are looking for is already in you...You already are everything you are seeking.”
― Thich Nhat Hanh
Ecosomatic coach, trainer and youth worker. I’m a curious soul who loves weaving together mindfulness, ecosomatics and nature-based practices—bringing the magic of learning in and with nature. I bring sensitivity and creativity in service of well-being, safe learning spaces for personal growth, authentic connection and meaningful, sustainable action—for people and for the planet.
Sara Marzo has 10 references for past work as a trainer.
Project Coordinator, Trainer, Youth worker, Ecosamatic Coach
Since 2012, I have been the co-founder and President of VulcanicaMente APS, a non-profit organisation based in Southern Italy, where I work as a youth worker, EU project coordinator, trainer and coach.
I have 15+ years of experience in international project management and non-formal education within Erasmus+, ESC and other European cooperation programmes, with involvement in 40+ projects (youth exchanges, training courses, KA2 projects and long-term volunteering initiatives).
As a trainer and ecosomatic coach, I bring expertise in mindfulness, embodiment, ecosomatics, ecopsychology and ecocentric, nature-based methods, with a strong focus on well-being, prevention and sustainable personal and collective development. I have coordinated several volunteering programmes, strengthening my competences in mentoring, coaching, reflective learning processes and community-building.
I also develop educational resources and learning materials, including booklets, toolkits, educational cards, podcasts and online courses.
I am co-author of Mindfulness and Nature: a Toolkit for Youth Work, developed within the KA2 project Mind Your Mind: Synergies between Mindfulness and Nature-Based Methods, and of the online mindfulness course Youth in the Moment, hosted on the HOP platform.
.
My learning journey is ongoing. Over the years, I have combined formal education with continuous non-formal training in different contexts and fields, in order to develop the competences I bring today as a coach, trainer and youth worker—especially in well-being, mindfulness, embodiment, communication, creativity and nature-based learning.
