My journey in youth work began during my student years in 2010, and since 2016, I have been actively leading training sessions and facilitating learning experiences.
As a trainer, I bring over a decade of experience in human rights education, non-formal learning, and youth work both in Armenia and on an international scale.
My expertise lies in social inclusion, anti-discrimination, human rights and gender equality, youth participation, and the overall well-being of young people.

Work experience

With 15 years of experience shaping youth work and non-formal education, I’ve spent a decade managing national and international projects, 8 years crafting stories through communications, and 6 years empowering young people across Europe with transformative training.
