Freelance Trainer / Facilitator (2019–present)
2019–2021: Delivered trainings for new street-based youth workers (Mreža Mlada Ulica, Ljubljana).
2022: Conducted training on digital youth work for Mladi Zmaji and partner organizations (M Hotel, Ljubljana).
2022: Led street-based youth work training (CZM Domžale).
2023: Provided training on street-based youth work (MC Idrija).
2024: Designed and implemented digital youth work training (MC Idrija).
2025: Carried out street-based youth work training at CMK Koper.
2023–2024: Lectured on digital transformation and digital youth centers for Mreža MaMa.
During these sessions, I focused on practical methodologies—ranging from establishing engaging street outreach to harnessing digital tools (chat platforms, online collaboration spaces) for young people’s empowerment.
Coordination & Mentorship (Javni zavod Mladi zmaji, 2018–2024)
Set up a street-based outreach team in Ljubljana and co-founded the DigiMC (Digital Youth Center).
Mentored local and international volunteers and students, including an ESC (European Solidarity Corps) project in 2024.
Project Involvement & Partnerships
2023–2024: Participated in the KA2 project E-Volunteering, researching and testing digital volunteering approaches.
Cloud9devs / Flowout (2023–present): Provide consulting on market research, digital solutions, and strategic outreach in youth-oriented and commercial environments.

Educational pathway
My formal grounding is in Education (University of Ljubljana, Pedagoška fakulteta), which helped me understand pedagogy and curriculum design. Outside the classroom, I’ve completed numerous non-formal training courses on youth leadership, Erasmus+ program development, and digital youth work.
Each experience shaped my approach to blending online methods (like collaboration platforms) with on-the-ground support (street-based outreach), ensuring young people can access educational, social, and creative opportunities wherever they are.
