Participants learn how to use digital technology in their daily life and to make their work and lives more productive.
Participants learn how to take a break from using digital tools and healthy method that help them deal with digital overflow.
21 participants from 4 different programme countries and 2 trainers.
Nationalities involved were Slovenian, Spanish, Lithuania, Polish, while participants were also had Italian, Armenian, and Russian nationalities.
Participants were between 18 and 25 years old.
We used debating and working in groups as the main methods.
We also did walk and talk, World Cafe, working and reserching by yourself, group work and reflection methods.
Participants have become more skillful and resourceful in using digital tools, while also discovering how to unplug from the digital world and reconnect with themselves and others.
