About:

I do believe in power of Non formal education. Some years ago it changed my life completely. Now I am sharing my knowledge and skills with the others.
As a trainer I use creative and engaging non-formal education methods that can challenge groups as I am always up for a challenge myself! I love designing training that connects to participant's needs and
have in depth knowledge of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programme.
I feel privileged to be a part of so many journeys!

Work experience

I am active in youth work and non formal education since 2013. I work as free lance trainer, facilitator, coach, project Manager, youth worker. I have been facilitating more than 40 projects, have built up
extensive experience in managing groups of people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages, and cultures. All that fun stuff like application forms, award
criteria, project management, and then the really great stuff like youth engagement, empowerment and participation. I work on local, national and international levels.
I believe that Youth Work is about walking that extra mile towards building a more inclusive society where diversity is celebrated and every single person is valued for who they are.
I am also a founder of Free Youth NGO. We actively work with youth and trying to bring up a couple of important topics nowadays.
