On the training course we used non formal educational methods. One of them was the experimental learning. Further on we have a method called: creative recycling, where we use the process of creation in order to develop soft skills participants.
The participants learned through games and participatory, interactive activities, as well as an innovative series of case studies in groups about teaching methods, interculturality.
The training was highly successful, the participants gained a lot of useful knowledge on the topics addressed and were very satisfied with the training, as well as becoming good friends with each other.
As a trainer of the program I was responsible of the content. I delivered the program and set the activities. I had a team who supported me and the program and participants as well. I was doing briefings for my team and gave instructions about the reflection groups as well.
