As a youth worker , facilitator and youth trainer, I am a highly energetic and open-minded person with a multicultural background driven by my passion towards : traveling, non-formal education, youth development, innovation & engagement. Holding excellent public-speaking, intercultural communication & project proposal writing & coordination, helped me work with national and international associations and cultural centers, with a full focus on developing partnerships in the Euro-Med region.

Work experience

Being involved in civil society for +7 years of both volunteering and working experiences with national & international NGOs and cultural youth centers, helped me obtain a set of leadership, commuication, conflict-management & peaceful mediation skills. This comes with a focus on cultural diplomacy and the development of Euro-Med partnership and cooperation.

I have also worked in European organizations especially those based in Eastern Europe where I was developing a research on the protection of minority rights (ROMA minority groups), and facilitating trainings relevant to Youth Work, European Silidarity Corps ' Activities , Volunteering & Non-formal education on an international level. This allowed me to work and volunteer with different European instituations and UNITED NATIONS agencies, as a youth speaker & representative thanks to my public-speaking and representation potential.

Currently, I am part of YEU - Youth For Exchange & Understanding pool of PET- PEOPLE OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING as a facilitator. As well, a youth consultant and a freelance project coordinator and program manager in the field of NGos and cultural centers.
