TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
http://trainers.salto-youth.net/JuliaMotta/
I like to work with diversity. Different views, attitudes, perspectives, styles, preferences, values and much more give me - and us - the chance to learn about ourselves and about strategies of communication and mutual understanding. Therefore I also like to work with processes in groups and react flexible on what is going on. Being part of a diverse team of trainers also helps in facilitation in order to meet participant's different needs and ways of learning.
Julia Motta has 4 references for past work as a trainer.
Free lance trainer and counsellor in the field of international and diversity conscious youth education
I have worked 15 years in an institution called "European Youth Edcuation and Meeting Centre" in Weimar/Germany. There I established the international youth work with partner organisations from Serbia, Croatia, Romania, Italy, Hungary, Poland, Russian Federation, Slovakia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Macedonia and others. I was organising and realizing international youth encounters as well as training courses for youth workers, teachers, and pedagogical staff of institutions of non-formal learning. From 2002 I was also involved in the European Voluntary Service by doing the trainings of the EVS training circle as a trainer. I was also in charge for organising the cooperation with the German National Agency (Jugend für Europa) in the field of EVS-seminars. Since 2013 I am a full time freelance trainer and counsellor, working with organisations, people and local structures on developing their international youth work in general or specific projects in this field. As a trainer I mainly do trainings in the field of diversity consciousness, language and power, quality in international youth work, instruments of recognition and communication and conflict.
