Current occupation

Professional scout leader in the Organization that has more than 150 members from 7 to 25 years old. Coordinator of youth exchanges, facilitator of non-formal workshops in formal education system (primary, secondary, and high education). Erasmus+ Program promotor, change maker, and lifeguard on water.

Work experience

Since 2014 I am the professional youth worker. At the annual level I am planning, realizing, and evaluating more than 300 workshops of soft and transversal skills with children and youngsters, coordinating more than 20 youth exchanges at the same period. I have three TCs in the field of innovation and dissemination of new sociological tools/exercises/games in Erasmus+ Program Exchange of the youth workers. I was the team member of the realized Think Big Start Small Salto training.
Change maker promoter in the local community. Member of the Prevention of the Crime Committee in City of Solin and member of the Committee of City of Solin – City friend of Children.
I am specialist in empowerment of the youngsters and youth workers, integration of the young people in the changes of the local community and encouragement at the personal development.
