I have delivered trainings in the following fields:
- Non-formal education: two trainings with the Romanian Ministery of Education, for youngsters in rural areas of Romania, which, at the end, were also evaluated and received a qualification on "Socio-educational Animator", certified by the Ministery of Labour
- Project Management: delivered two major trainings with international participation, in Bucharest and Arad, 50 persons involved from 14 countries; several other shorter trainings for different associations, EVS volunteers, etc.
- Mentorship: two trainings, in Sinaia and Arad, for 65 persons, 16 countries,
- Communication, NGO management and others: I have facilitated more than 12 youth exchanges, in several countries;

Educational pathway

- Trainer certification by the Romanian Ministery of Labour (the only authority that can officially certify this)
- Project Manager certification by the Romanian Ministery of Labor
- Masters in Business Management with the Technical University of Bucharest
- Youth Worker certification: completed the evaluation procedure and currently in certification issuing procedure
