Work experience

Development center Pangeya Ultima.
End of 2011: Founded the youth center “Pangeya Ultima" (from 2013 – Non-governmental organization “Development center Pangeya Ultima" – www.pangeya.com.ua) which promotes non-formal education, cultural and youth initiatives, environmental activities and fosters intercultural dialogue. The organization is involved in promoting the youth mobility and volunteer tourism movement in particular. It organizes initiatives together with the close partners in Vinnytsia, its region, other regions of Ukraine and internationally.
Stated mission of the NGO: Fostering the intercultural dialogue, creation of opportunities for personal development and emancipation of people and facilitation of sustainable development of communities.

Image Mapping project.
From 2015 and till this time: Initiated and manage the "Image mapping" project. The same year the project was acknowledged by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine as the best youth project from the Vinnytska oblast and was selected for the participation in the forum "Reforms and innovations of the youth sector" that was held in Kyiv 4.12.2015.
The project has developed since 2015 to a nation-wide activity with community actions in 8 villages across 2 regions of Ukraine. In 2017 the leg of the community action took place in Antaliepte, Lithuania. Training course on the Image Mapping methodology was realized in 2020 in Austria under my coaching.

Terra Incognita project.
Since beginning of 2019.
The founder and coordinator of the project "Terra incognita: experiential education and creative tourism to raise economic prospect of youth in rural area" within the Key Action 2 Capacity Building for Youth of the ERASMUS PLUS Programme and therefore co-funded by the European Union.
The partners of the project intend to explore the field of experiential education and creative tourism, integrate this process within local communities and specifically engage local youth as recipients and later as partners in running such programmes for external target groups.

In 2019 the project is realized under two frameworks: Key Action 2 Capacity Building project of the Eastern Partnership Youth Window (4 partners from Ukraine, Bulgaria, Croatia and Lithuania) and a bilateral Key Action 1 Youth Exchange between Ukraine and French Guiana, Ukraine.
14-15 September, 2019. Was the main organizer of the Festival on experiential education and traditional culture under the title "Stina welcomes" in the Stina village, Tomashpil region, Ukraine. One of the main aims of the event was to present the diverse natural and cultural heritage of Stina as a destination for incountry tourism and to empower local people. The festival was carried out with the support from the European Commission in frames of the "Terra Incognita" project.

Eco-Center STINA.
Co-founder coordinator of the "Eco-center in Stina" (www.facebook.com/stinaecocenter/)
with the support from the Peace Corps of US in Ukraine (beg. of 2017). This is the platform in rural area of the Stina village (Vinnytsia region, Ukraine) for realization of experiential and non-formal education, sustainable and alternative development and cultural programmes in cooperation with local community by DC Pangeya Ultima and NGO "Nashe Podillia". Center regularly hosts working camps and initiatives by youth and activists connected to ecological construction.

Intercultural Youth Studio
From 2014 "Intercultural youth studio" facilitates grassroots multimedia production and empower youth through media literacy actions (www.icyst.blogspot.com).
The aims of the platform include the acquisition of media related skills by youth, it provides opportunities for their self-expression through media, it actualizes topics interested for youth and promotes the concept of a grassroots "Community media" locally in Vinnytsia. The platform is run in an intercultural environment and therefore promotes the intercultural
dialogue.
The most valuable products of the Platform are: festival on amateur audio-visual production "Youthinsight"; Media Lab and series of videos filmed by the young participants of the Studio; Photo-club of Youthinsight; Intercultural Magazine of Vinnytsia MOZAIKA. The Studio collaborates with and stimulates the development of amateur youth theater.
