Gerashchenko Iaroslav

I'm a convinced adept of Non-formal education as a most powerful tool for the formation of the young individual. My area of interest and competence is the work with the rural youth in limited conditions. I like to see them rebel against the unfavorable conditions for personal development and become confident and active changemakers in their rural communities.
