Work experience

I work as a journalist since 2011. For almost 8 years I worked as a journalist at the online media for architecture, construction and urban development “Build.mk”. In 2016 I was awarded the Balkan Fellowship for Journalistic Excellence. In 2018 I received the Jean Monnet Award for Best Journalist Story published in North Macedonia. From February 2019 until January 2024 I worked as a journalist, trainer, deputy editor-in-chief and editor-in-chief of Meta News Agency. In 2023 I received the journalistic award for best media report on the EU integration process in North Macedonia. During my professional career, I held three training on Data Visualization in Journalism for young journalists and students (2023), training on Media Literacy for youth workers (2022) and training on Investigative Journalism tools for journalists (2017). From January 2024, I work as a freelance journalist and trainer.

Educational pathway

I hold a PhD in Political Science, “Democracy in Conditions of Globalization” module at the Institute of Sociological, Political and Juridical Research at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. I also holds an MA in Media and Communications and a BA as a Journalist at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus”. I was awarded the Thesaurus Poloniae Fellowship by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland and the International Cultural Center in Krakow. I completed my doctoral residency in Nova Gorica and Ljubljana – Slovenia (2013) and postdoctoral residency in Krakow – Poland (2017).
